Because of the nature and size of our event, attendance is currently by invitation only. Based on past experience, we think a total group size of less than 30 is ideal, as are small Fusion groups of 4-5 individuals. Therefore, this year we have room for 28 folks split into seven four-person Fusion groups.

The price per person is $105. This includes 3 nights accommodation at our Tahoe Tyrol Mountain Community rental homes, where we have rented 3 houses within walking distance of each other that are very close to the base of Heavenly Ski Resort. The houses have various combinations of king/queen/single/sofa beds. The price is the same if you stay 2 nights.
