Local Driving Directions to Tressider Union, Stanford University

From Highway 101: Exit Embarcadero Road (or University for the scenic but slower route) west toward Stanford. At El Camino Real, Embarcadero turns into Galvez Street as it enters Stanford University (University turns into Palm Dr as it enters Stanford). Stay in the left lane (at fork) and turn left at Campus Drive East (if you took University/Palm Dr also turn left at Campus Drive East). Follow Campus Drive East past Bonair Siding, Serra, Escondido, Bowdoin, Alvarado Row, and Salvatierra. Turn right on Mayfield. It will jog left, then immediately turn right into Lagunita Drive. You are now at L-39, the lot directly south of Tresidder Union (the largest visible building). Parking is monitored Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm; free after 4pm. Take the steps up to the second floor, walk down the open passage away from the parking lot, and you will come to Tresidder Lounge and the AC2004 Registration Desk. Welcome!

From Highway 280: Exit Sand Hill Road east toward Stanford. Continue east, turning right at the traffic light on Santa Cruz Avenue. Make an immediate left onto Junipero Serra Boulevard. Turn left at the second stoplight, Campus Drive East. Continue around Campus Drive East past Campus Drive West/Links, past Contanza, then left on Mayfield. It will jog left, then immediately turn right into Lagunita Drive. You are now at L-39, the lot directly south of Tresidder Union (the largest visible building). From Highway 101: Exit US 101 onto Embarcadero Road west. Proceed west on Embarcadero approximately 2 miles. Turn right on El Camino Real and proceed two blocks. Turn right into Sheraton Palo Alto entrance.

From Highway 101: Exit US 101 onto Oregon Expressway/Page Mill Rd. Proceed west (the only direction) approximately 2 miles. Turn left on El Camino Real and proceed two blocks. Turn right into Super 8 Motel entrance.

From Highway 280: Take Page Mill Road exit toward Palo Alto. Proceed approximately 3 miles. Turn right on El Camino Real. Proceed two blocks and turn right into Super 8 Motel entrance

Parking is $9/day at the Sheraton Palo Alto, free on select streets in downtown Palo Alto, and free at the Super 8 Motel.
Parking is also free at Stanford University after 4:00 pm Mon-Fri, and all day Saturday and Sunday.
