Information
Confirmation
and Enrollment Details
All registrants
will receive an email acknowledging their enrollment within approximately
two businesss day after registering. Prior to the conference, attendees
will also receive further details regarding directions and the conference
program.
Cancellation
Registration
refunds can only be made upon receipt of a written request, dated
no later than August 14, 2003. Refunds will be subject to a $75
administration fee.
